National Anthem Try Outs!

How would you like the chance to perform the Star Spangled Banner before a 2010 Storm game?
The Lake Elsinore Storm is presenting an opportunity to audition to all participants aged 8 and older. All individuals or groups who are interested in singing/performing the Star Spangled Banner prior to a 2010 game should audition on this date.
Audition performances must be kept under 90 seconds due to day of game time constraints. Vocal submissions must be a cappella and instrumental auditions are also welcomed. Music sheets and/or lyric sheets will not be allowed at the audition or at the game performance. Performances must be military style with no additional notes, verses or variations.

Art from the Heart

You are cordially invited to the Elsinore Woman’s Club Annual “Art from the Heart” Juried Art Show.
Entrants must be 17 years or older. Entries will be accepted March 12, 2010, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. There is a $3.00 per piece entry fee, 10 for $4. Seniors age 60 and older $2 fee per piece, no limit. Art work must be ready for hanging. Open to public viewing Saturday, March 13 at 11:00 AM, Artist Awards and Reception 1 – 4 PM.

2010 Walk to Cure Diabetes

The EHS Football Booster Club is holding it's 2nd Semi Annual E-WASTE/INK CARTRIDGE RECYCLE EVENT.
They will take the following items:

Computers, computer monitors ( any size, any kind), TV's ( any size, any kind), laptops, servers, mainframe equipment ( racks, etc), telephone equipment (home business, cell), PDA's, IPODS, gaming systems, fax machines, copiers, calculators, typewriters, printers, UPS, power supplies, misc cables (USB, telephone, power, printer, misc computer parts (hard drives, CD/DVD, ROMs, floppy drives, power supplies, memory, misc boards), scanners, radio/stereo equipment, DVD/VCR players, satellite equipment, cable boxes, speakers, keyboards, mice, all electronics in working/nonworking condition that run on battery or plug into an electrical socket.

Spring Swing

Mark your calendars for the annual Sip N' Swing celebration, newly named "Spring Swing". Admission is free for guests of all ages.
Baseball fans of all ages can take a behind-the-scenes tour of the ballpark and batting practice under the lights, facilitated by Frozen Ropes Baseball and Softball Training Center. Festivities will also include free Kids Fun Zone area, featuring bounce houses, jolly jumps and inflatables for the young ones. Fans can get their picture taken with Storm Mascot, Thunder and also win prizes, giveaways and a chance to get lucky at The Diamond.
Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase the best seats for the best nights, including the upcoming Exhibition Game against the San Diego Padres on April 2 at 6:30pm.
